• Use the website and webinar platform for lawful purposes only.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's functionality or webinar experience.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for webinars, attending trainings, or completing a purchase.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy of other participants during webinars.

Creator Collective offers free educational webinars and a paid digital education program delivered online.

Webinar Access:

• Webinar registration is free and provides access to live training and replay materials.
• We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants from webinars without notice.
• Technical issues with webinar platforms are beyond our control, but replays will be provided when possible.

Program Access:

Upon joining Creator Collective, you will receive access to our self-paced training modules, group coaching calls, tools, templates, and community support via a private platform.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify elements of webinars and the program at any time without prior notice to ensure the quality and relevance of our content.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
• Full payment or the first installment (if a payment plan is selected) is required at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• We do not store your payment details.
• If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments according to your agreement.

If, after completing the above, you still don't feel satisfied or that you received value, email us at [email protected] within 90 days of purchase, and we'll review your eligibility for a refund. Refund requests submitted after 90 days or without proof of completion and effort will not be honored.

All materials within Creator Collective webinars and program — including but not limited to video lessons, webinar recordings, workbooks, scripts, templates, frameworks, and downloads — are the intellectual property of Creator Collective and Emma Lorrae.

You may not:

• Reproduce, share, distribute, or repackage the materials in any format.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute webinar content without written permission.
• Resell or teach the material as your own.
• Use any part of the webinar or program content in a competing offer or service.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from future webinars and the program, and legal action.

Webinars and the program are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Suitability for a particular purpose
• Financial return or business outcome
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided in webinars or the program.

Your results may vary and are dependent on your own effort, background, and consistency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Your use or misuse of webinar content, the program, or its materials
• Any technical interruptions, errors, or platform outages during webinars
• Any decisions you make based on the information provided in webinars or the program
• Missed webinar attendance due to scheduling conflicts or technical issues

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for access to the program.

Our webinars, program, or website may contain links to third-party platforms or tools (e.g., Zoom, WebinarJam, Typeform, Calendly, community platforms). We are not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of those services. Please review their terms before using them.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website, attendance of webinars, or program participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By registering for our webinars or submitting information through our website, you agree to receive communications from us via email and SMS. These communications may include webinar registration confirmations, access links, webinar reminders, replay access notifications, and follow-up communications related to our programs. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also unsubscribe from email communications by using the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.
