Welcome to Creator Collective (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website ugccreatorcollective.com, registering for our webinars, scheduling consultation calls, and purchasing the Creator Collective program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our website, attend our webinars, participate in calls, or enroll in the program.

1. Use of Website and Services

By accessing our website, registering for our webinars, and scheduling consultation calls, you agree to:

  • Use the website, webinar platform, and call scheduling system for lawful purposes only.
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's functionality, webinar experience, or call proceedings.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for webinars, scheduling calls, attending trainings, or completing a purchase.
  • Respect the intellectual property and privacy of other participants during webinars and maintain confidentiality during one-on-one calls.
  • Be punctual and professional during scheduled consultation calls.

2. Webinar Access and Consultation Call Services

Creator Collective offers free educational webinars, consultation calls, and a paid digital education program delivered online.

Webinar Access:

  • Webinar registration is free and provides access to live training and replay materials.
  • We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants from webinars without notice.
  • Technical issues with webinar platforms are beyond our control, but replays will be provided when possible.

Consultation Call Services:

  • Consultation calls are conducted via Google Meet and scheduled through our booking system.
  • Call times are confirmed via SMS to the phone number you provide during scheduling.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and access to Google Meet.
  • Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes with your consent.
  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation opportunity.
  • We reserve the right to end calls early if participants are disruptive, abusive, or violate these terms.

Program Access:

Upon joining Creator Collective, you will receive access to our self-paced training modules, group coaching calls, tools, templates, and community support via a private platform.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify elements of webinars, consultation calls, and the program at any time without prior notice to ensure the quality and relevance of our content.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
  • Full payment or the first installment (if a payment plan is selected) is required at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We do not store your payment details.
  • If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments according to your agreement.
  • Consultation calls offered as part of promotional campaigns or lead magnets are provided at no additional charge.
  • Failed payments will result in immediate suspension of program access until payment is resolved.
  • Any payment delays or disputes immediately disqualify you from guarantee eligibility.

4. $5,000+ Monthly Revenue Guarantee (12-Month Program)

We guarantee you'll achieve $5,000+ gross monthly revenue within 12 months — but only if you complete ALL requirements and demonstrate genuine execution.

Guarantee Period: 12 months from date of enrollment (not program access date)

Revenue Definition: $5,000+ gross monthly revenue from UGC strategic partner retainer clients in any single calendar month

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS (All Must Be Met):

  • Attend minimum 40 of 52 weekly coaching calls during 12-month period
  • Complete all training modules and quizzes within 60 days of enrollment
  • Participate actively in community by posting/engaging in minimum 10 community discussions
  • Missing 3+ consecutive coaching calls without 48-hour advance notice = immediate disqualification

EXECUTION REQUIREMENTS (All Must Be Met):

  • Send minimum 100 outreach emails weekly for minimum 8 months (documented with screenshots)
  • Book minimum 12 discovery calls within the 12-month period using provided scripts
  • Follow ALL provided scripts without modification for first 6 months (any changes void guarantee)
  • Submit weekly progress reports with screenshot evidence of outreach activities
  • Maintain professional business communication standards at all times

PROGRESS MILESTONES:

  • Month 4: Must have booked minimum 4 discovery calls or guarantee is void
  • Month 6: Must be earning minimum $1,000/month or email [email protected] within 48 hours
  • Month 9: Must be earning minimum $2,500/month or provide detailed analysis of executed activities

IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION EVENTS (Guarantee Void):

  • Missing more than 2 business days of outreach in any 30-day period
  • Any payment delays, disputes, or chargebacks
  • Requesting script modifications within first 6 months
  • Expressing doubt about business model viability in coaching calls or community
  • Failure to send required weekly progress reports for 2+ consecutive weeks
  • Unprofessional behavior including harassment, disruption, or negative commentary
  • Sharing program materials or discussing strategies with external consultants without written approval
  • Any communication indicating intention to quit or requesting refund within first 6 months

VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To request guarantee benefits, you must provide via live screenshare:

  • Access to email accounts showing all outreach activities (minimum 3,200 emails sent)
  • Calendar system showing all discovery calls booked and attended
  • Screenshot documentation of weekly outreach activities
  • Revenue tracking documentation from payment processors
  • Any additional verification requested to confirm compliance

REFUND PROCESS:

If all requirements are met but $5,000+ monthly revenue not achieved by month 12, email [email protected] with complete documentation. Verification call will be scheduled within 14 days. If compliance is confirmed, full refund will be processed within 30 days.

Important Note:

This guarantee is designed for committed individuals ready to treat this as a business. If you're looking for quick results without consistent effort, this program is not for you. Success requires dedication, consistency, and following our proven system exactly as taught.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials within Creator Collective webinars, consultation calls, and program — including but not limited to video lessons, webinar recordings, call recordings, workbooks, scripts, templates, frameworks, and downloads — are the intellectual property of Creator Collective and Emma Lorrae.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, share, distribute, or repackage the materials in any format.
  • Record, screenshot, or redistribute webinar content or consultation call discussions without written permission.
  • Resell or teach the material as your own.
  • Use any part of the webinar, call, or program content in a competing offer or service.
  • Share confidential business insights or strategies discussed during consultation calls with third parties.
  • Modify provided scripts or templates without written approval during guarantee period.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from future webinars, consultation calls, and the program, immediate guarantee disqualification, and legal action.

6. SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number during registration or call scheduling, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Creator Collective for the following purposes:

  • Call confirmation and reminder notifications
  • Google Meet links and access instructions
  • Rescheduling notifications and updates
  • Webinar reminders and access links
  • Program-related updates and announcements
  • Follow-up communications related to your consultation or program enrollment
  • Weekly progress report reminders and compliance notifications

Important SMS Terms:

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
  • Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with our services
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message
  • Reply HELP for customer support or email [email protected]
  • We use reputable SMS service providers and will never share your number with third parties for marketing purposes

You may also opt out of email communications by using the unsubscribe link provided in emails. Please note that opting out of SMS or email communications may affect your ability to receive important updates about scheduled calls, program access, and guarantee compliance requirements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Webinars, consultation calls, and the program are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results beyond our stated guarantee terms. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Suitability for a particular purpose
  • Financial return or business outcome beyond guarantee terms
  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided in webinars, calls, or the program
  • The success of any business strategies discussed during consultation calls
  • Market conditions, platform changes, or external factors affecting business results

Your results are dependent on your own effort, background, consistency, and exact implementation of the strategies taught. Partial execution or modifications void all guarantee protections.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of webinar content, consultation call advice, the program, or its materials
  • Any technical interruptions, errors, or platform outages during webinars or Google Meet calls
  • Any decisions you make based on the information provided in webinars, consultation calls, or the program
  • Missed webinar attendance or consultation calls due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or connectivity problems
  • SMS delivery failures or delays due to carrier issues
  • Any business losses resulting from strategies discussed during consultation calls
  • Market changes, platform algorithm updates, or external factors beyond our control
  • Loss of business opportunities due to non-compliance with guarantee requirements

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for access to the program.

9. Force Majeure and Market Protection

The guarantee is void if results are impacted by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Platform algorithm changes affecting email deliverability
  • Industry downturns or significant market shifts
  • Government regulations affecting UGC or marketing practices
  • Global events, pandemics, or economic disruptions
  • UGC market oversaturation or significant changes in brand behavior patterns
  • Technical failures of third-party platforms (email providers, social media platforms, etc.)

Third-Party Interference: You agree not to materially modify program strategies or scripts under instruction from external consultants, coaches, or agencies without written approval from Creator Collective. External interference voids the guarantee.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website, attendance of webinars, participation in consultation calls, or program participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Guarantee terms are locked for existing members based on the version active at time of enrollment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
